The Program is for the development of the men and
women who will lead rural and regional Australia well into the
21st century - men and women with vision and a commitment to
shaping the future. It comprises a part-time course of some
60 days, conducted over 20 months, followed by on-going involvement
through the graduates' association, the Australian
Rural Leadership Network.

Victoria (Williamson Community Leadership Program)
The first community leadership program in Australia
having influenced or inspired most other Australian community
leadership programs. A highly-regarded and much sought-after
program, with a very active alumni group who have contributed
over $5 million of pro-bono support to the Victorian community.
Mainly 'issues' oriented, each group has 36 participant and,
36 events over 11 months totalling 30 days.

Aims to broaden, enhance and accelerate leadership capability
in South Australia through an experiential leadership development
program and a committed and dynamic network of graduates. About
40 participants each year complete a 10 month program including
